Twice a year we adjust our clocks for daylight saving time, but the change can affect our sleep, energy, and daily routines. Now that we have sprung forward; reflect on how this time change impacts you personally. Do you find it easy or difficult to adjust your schedule? Explain how the time change affects your mood, productivity, or daily habits.

Prompt: After daylight saving happens I find it difficult to adjust because since the time went forward I lose hours of sleep. Because of that throughout the day I feel unmotivated, sleepy, and I am very different than what I normally am. My mood always goes from happy and energetic to sad and exhausted all the time. I feel less productive because of my tiredness I believe that I did bad on things. I miss out on some of my daily habits because of my moods when I come from school I always go to sleep when before I would eat do work clean and walk my dogs.

Summary: Today in class we read chapter 6 and wrote 3 facts we saw and 2 interesting thing we saw and a question the book doesn’t answer.

Reflection: Today in class I learned about how McCandless got arrested after jumping on a train.
