When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

 Prompt: Some strategies that help me get over my bad moods would be listening to music. Music helps me relax and forget about my struggles that I have in that moment. Another way is to go outside and go on walks. I like listening to the sound of the trees because the help me relax as well. I also like to hang out with friends for when I´m not feeling that good. Hanging out with them makes me happy because i know that they are able to always make me happy and smiling all the time. 

Summary: Today in class we worked on a NewsEla assignment about ice. 

Reflection: Today in class I learned of a story that talks about the ice.
