Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?

Prompt: A time I had an encounter with a homeless guy was when I was 10. I directly encountered him and I gave him money. I remember thinking in my head about how someone would become homeless. I thought maybe it's not too late for him to get a job. I felt bad for him because he looked like he was in a very bad condition. He was all dirty, his clothes were old and ripped, his shoes were broken. In my head i would think what do they do when it gets cold because his clothes that he had didn't look like they can warm him up.

Summary: Today in class we read a new story and answered questions along with it.
