In “The Interlopers” by Saki, Ulrich and Georg view each other as interlopers, outsiders intruding on their land and their lives. Think about a time when you felt like an interloper or when someone else felt out of place in your world. How did that situation affect relationships, emotions, or outcomes?

Prompt: A time I felt like an interloper would have been when I had just come into the country. I felt like I didn't belong because of my skin color or the language that I spoke. This situation me because I had to learn a different language that I was not familiar with. I felt like I was going to get build for not knowing something other people did. I was not very good at school because I didn't understand. In the end I had to learn all myself to be able to fit in into society.

Summary: Today in class we worked on a common lit story and answered questions about it.

Reflection: Today in class I learned about the interlopers and how they felt.
