Dickinson uses the metaphor of a funeral to describe her inner struggles. What metaphor would you use to describe your own mind?

Prompt:A metaphor I would use to describe my mind would be a library. I say this because when I am taught something it sticks with me for a really long time. I am able to remember certain things because my mind stores information. when people think that I forgot a certain event I just say that I do remember and tell them everything I remember and they are shocked. Because many people always expect you to forget but for me it is different because I can remember everything that happened to me since I was 3 years old.

Summary: Today in class we read the poems of Emily Dickinson and found the meaning behind them.
